My entrepreneurial “buying and selling” skills/experience include managing my dad’s Supermarket in Malawi before I moved to the UK.
I successfully managed my own 3000 sq ft Retail Supermarket in the Brighton/Hove area for 11 years and have received several retail awards. During this time, I also ventured into the Property business.
When the opportunity arose, I bought my first buy-to-let property in 1993. This interest then expanded into buying several buy-to-lets in South East England in areas such as Gatwick, Hayes, Slough and Brighton.
I have since educated myself and put into practice several strategies specialising in Rent-to-Rent properties, Service Accommodation and Multiple Occupancies (HMOs) where I plan to offer Landlords guaranteed rent and to Sellers hassle-free sales.
